How far is your office from the Anchorage Airport?
- Our office is 5 miles from the airport, 10 minute drive. Taxi is about $30 for a round trip.
What is included in a standard rental kit?
- Iridium Satellite Phone
- Waterproof case or bag of your choice. See pictures of our 3 most popular lightweight rental kits.
- 2 fully charged batteries. Li-Ion batteries very slowly self discharge. You can expect to get at least 2 hours of talktime off of each battery in Alaska’s weather conditions.
- AC wall charger or DC car charger available upon request at no additional charge

- Saturday from 10am – 4pm
- IMPORTANT NOTE: You must make a reservation in advance to pick-up on Saturday. Your sat phone will be ready for pick-up @ the UPS Store which is located in the same strip mall as us.
Methods of Shipping a Satellite Phone to you
- We can ship directly to your Outfitter or Air Taxi.
Please call them to verify shipping address and ask them what method of shipping they recommend.
- UPS Ground is recommended to: Fairbanks, Palmer, Wasilla, Eagle River, Homer, Kenai, Soldotna & Seward. Make sure to verify that your Delivery Address accepts UPS Ground.
- Express Mail to all other cities in Alaska
- Goldstreak / PenAir / EraDash is available to ship directly from the Anchorage Airport to any other Airport in Alaska. Arrives same day or next day. Cost is $79.95
- UPS next day or 2nd day to any other State in the USA
Hotel Drop-Offs
- Delivery to any Anchorage Hotel for $20. We need to know the name that your hotel room is reserved under, since it may not be the same name as your satellite phone reservation.
Due to Federal Regulations we are not allowed to deliver phones to the Anchorage Airport.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR SATELLITE PHONE RENTAL
- 24/7 Drop-Off Box at our store
- Leave at any Hotel in Anchorage & we will pick up for $20.
- Leave at the Anchorage Airport & we will pick up for $20.
Airport Baggage Storage is located behind Baggage Claim #4.
- Ship sat phone back to us using UPS / FedEx / Express Mail. NO Priority Mail.
